I was at a loss what to do when my radiators were not working and had no heat. Erik was referred by a mutual friend and went out of his way to see if the issue could be fixed. Unfortunately it was beyond that point and suggested a higher grade boiler than the one previously installed. I went with his referral and checked his reviews and information on the boiler suggested. We were expecting a very cold snap here in Milwaukee and he and his technicians worked throughout the day and night until the job was completed. They were very professional and considerate throughout the process. He advised me on what maintenance I should follow and considering the new boiler and water heater installed I feel appropriate what the total of the cost and installation came to.
