Erik and his associate (whose name I didn’t catch, I’m so sorry!) are absolutely *excellent*! I’m so happy I was able to get their help in a pinch to fix my furnace that broke in below zero temperatures. I initially called after midnight, and Erik was understanding and patient with me despite the late hour. I ultimately waited until normal business hours for the repairs. Erik kept me up to date on his ETA, and was incredibly kind and professional. Despite their busy schedule in this nasty weather (before Christmas!), Erik was patient and answered all of my questions. I’m grateful for their quick, professional service and great value. They’ll be the first ones I call if I ever need help again! Thank you both so much!
